In April we lost a total of 120 appointments through patients not arriving. That averages out to more than 7 days without a Doctor. If you do not need your appointment please call us or text. We can always give the appointment to another patient. |
All requests must be made in writing; we do accept requests by fax or email. Please use the repeat slip provided. This will show both the review date, and what medication can be repeated. Please make appointments for your review in good time. Allow 48 hours for processing and provide a stamped addressed envelope if you want it returned by post.

Woodlands Surgery has now changed its computer system. EMIS Access will no longer be available for online services. As of 1st May 2012 online services will be provided through SystmOnline.
If you have a pre-existing EMIS Access account you will still be able to log into SystmOnline. To do this you will need to add "_1905"onto your EMIS Access ID to complete your new Username, e.g. if your ACCESS ID is 12345, and your PRACTICE ID is 1905, your new Username becomes 12345_1905. (Please note, there is an underscore "_" between the two IDs). Your password will remain the same.
