In April we lost a total of 120 appointments through patients not arriving. That averages out to more than 7 days without a Doctor. If you do not need your appointment please call us or text. We can always give the appointment to another patient. |

Out of Hours Service
The practice has opted out of providing out of hours services; this service is provided by Cambridgeshire PCT who has a contract with UCC (Urgent Care Cambridgeshire). If you need advice and treatment for an urgent medical problem that cannot wait until the surgery is next open then please call: UCC (Urgent Care Cambridgeshire) on 0330 123 9131. If you call between 8:00am & 8:30am then UCC will take a message and pass it on to the surgery for one of our Doctors.

If you need to speak to someone please call as early as possible to
allow time for a doctor or nurse to return your call in case it is
necessary to book you an afternoon appointment.
