On Tuesday 19th May we will have the Care Quality Commission (CQC) visiting the practice. They are here to inspect the surgery to ensure that we offer services that are safe, effective, caring, responsive & well-led.
On the day they would like to talk to as many patients as possible to get a clear picture of Woodlands Surgery. As such if you are here on that day, you might be asked by a member of the CQC team to have a quiet, confidential conversation with them.
In the run up to the inspection we have a number of CQC comment cards & box in reception for you to feedback on the surgery. The comments are not seen by the surgery staff & the box is only opened by the lead inspector. So please feel free to leave any comments on the surgery, should you wish to.
We hope that we provide an excellent level of care to all our patients & we are looking forward to showing the CQC what we offer.
Once the visit is over, the CQC will send us a report & we will then publish it on our website & in the building for patients to see.
